Actually, I would like to remove the "fanatic xenophobic" part of Fanatic Purifiers. And set "militaristic" as a manadatory ethic to have for them. I would LOVE to have some "Fanatic Spiritualist / Militarist" Fanatic Purifiers, in the name of the "Multiverse God" :p It seems like Necrophage would probably be one of the best fanatic purifiers currently, because conquering other empires and converting them into your species would allow you to sidestep the current empire pop growth limitations. In one game with a friend I found fanatic purifiers 10 (or earlier, I don't remember well) years into the game and their 40 corvettes buffed with the bonuses of a fanatic purifier destroyed my only fleet of 20/30 corvettes.
