We are truly a pet-friendly hotel on Miami Beach and deliver on our pet policy. The room was very dirty upon checking in. There was hair in the shower, bedding and floor. There were water spots on the counter tops and mirrors. There were a few bugs crawling around as well. The adult pool has reserved seats that they charge $350 for.
